Who is behind
ArchiPlan?

ArchiPlan helps small manufacturers plan work around the people and machines available, and check what changes before promising a delivery date.

Artyom Rabzonov

Artyom Rabzonov builds software and AI automations for small teams. He is responsible for ArchiPlan's product and editorial direction.

The guides focus on practical decisions: whether another job fits, who can run it and which delivery dates need to move.

How we check
a planning guide.

Guides are published under ArchiPlan Editorial. Artyom is responsible for the editorial direction. We start with a planning problem, state the assumptions and show the example before explaining the method.

  1. State when the shop and its people are made up. Keep those examples separate from customer results.
  2. Recalculate durations, resource bookings and delivery dates. Check what happens when an input changes.
  3. Use current primary sources for software claims. Say when a comparison is based on documentation rather than a hands-on test.
  4. Keep publication dates and identify substantive updates. Correct a claim when its evidence changes.

We publish the diagrams and worksheets needed to follow the examples. Read the planning guides.

Start with your
actual shop.

Describe your people, equipment, working hours and product steps in everyday words. ArchiPlan asks for the missing facts so you can review the setup before using the plan.
